Data deletion

You can delete your Tritiq BOS data at any time. This page explains how to delete your workspace, a connected Google or Microsoft account, or specific records, and what we keep after a deletion request.

Delete your account and workspace

Email privacy@tritiq.in with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the organisation name and the email address on the account. We verify that you are an owner or administrator of the organisation, delete the workspace data within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done. If you are not the organisation owner, ask your administrator to make the request or remove your user account.

Delete a connected Google account

In Tritiq BOS, open Settings → Email and disconnect the mailbox. This deletes the stored OAuth tokens and stops future access. You can also revoke access from your Google Account: Security → Third-party apps, select Tritiq and chooseRemove access. Revoking at Google is immediate; we delete cached mailbox data within 30 days.

Delete specific records

While your subscription is active, you can delete customers, leads, vendors, products, invoices, documents, employees and other records from inside the product. Deleted records are removed from the live system and from backups within 30 days.

What we delete

• account details, organisation profile and user records;
• business records, documents and uploaded files;
• connected mailbox data and OAuth tokens;
• campaign recipient lists, send logs and message content;
• usage data linked to your account, once the retention period ends.

What we may keep

We keep invoices, GST and accounting records for the period required by Indian law, typically eight years. We may also keep limited records where a legal claim is pending, where we must comply with a lawful request, or where you asked us to retain something. These records are access-restricted and deleted when the obligation ends.

Timing

We respond to deletion requests within 30 days. Live data is removed when the request is processed; backups are overwritten or deleted within 30 days after that. You will receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
