Terms of Service
Last updated: 2 November 2026
1. Who these terms are between
These terms govern your use of the Tritiq software service (“the Service”), provided by Tritiq Solutions (“Tritiq”, “we”), a business registered in India. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of the business you register.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including that of users you invite. One organisation is one tenant; data is isolated per organisation.
3. Free trial
New organisations receive a 30-day trial of the Premium package. No payment instrument is required to start. At the end of the trial, paid modules stop being accessible unless you subscribe. We may change or end the trial offer for future signups.
4. Subscriptions and fees
Subscriptions are billed per user per month, in Indian Rupees, exclusive of GST. Fees are charged in advance. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ notice before your next renewal.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages or content that breaches applicable law, including TRAI and DND rules;
- attempt to access another organisation’s data, or probe or bypass access controls;
- reverse engineer the Service, or resell it without a written reseller agreement;
- upload content you do not have the right to use.
6. Your data
You own the business records you enter. We process them to provide the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time while the subscription is active. After termination we retain data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it, unless law requires longer retention.
7. Third-party services
Some features call external providers — for example AI model providers, email relay, telephony and payment processing. Their availability and terms affect those features. We are not responsible for outages originating with them.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available continuously but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or business.
10. Termination
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. We may suspend or terminate for material breach, non-payment, or use that endangers other customers.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
